Our article Eure, pays homage to a department located in the north of France, in the region of Haute-Normandie, known for its strong tradition in the cultivation of linen.
A unique fabric, which is somewhere between a heavy sheer and a curtain. With a rustic texture, woven with dyed yarns, it is an irregular sheer with many nuances that give it character. In three colour variations: white, natural and pearl grey, with a width of 310 cm, this fabric has a composition of 45% viscose, 35% polyester and 20% linen, with a weight of 206 g/m2.
Its viscose blend contributes to its soft feel and flowing drape, while the linen gives it that structured and rough look, and the polyester gives it high strength. A fabric that will dress from rustic and traditional environments, to those of a more contemporary and minimalist style where the textures of the materials are the protagonists.
