AZNAR TEXTIL has carried out an adaptation project of the production plant of AZNAR TEXTIL with the 4.0 concept. In particular, a Manufacturing Execution System has been implemented at the Bocairent weaving plant.
With the implementation of this system the company takes a leap forward in the concept of a weaving plant, effectively introducing technology that will allow it to obtain information that comes from taking real time data from the production plant through the monitoring of the looms. This information will allow real-time analysis of the information provided, which will facilitate decision making by the company’s management.
For the execution of this project, AZNAR TEXTIL has obtained financial support from IVACE through the Programa Digitaliza CV. The European Union has also obtained support for the selection of the project for the 2014-2020 ERDF OP for the Valencia Region.
